Publisher Platform — Multi-Channel Content Distribution Platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Publisher app, a multi-channel content distribution platform. By using Publisher, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Publisher is developed and maintained by the Pluma Noturna team.
The Publisher app is a multi-channel content distribution platform that enables content creators to publish videos, shorts, images, and audio across multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard. Publisher connects to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Spotify via their official APIs to distribute content on behalf of the authenticated user.
To use Publisher, you must connect your social media accounts via OAuth2 authentication. Publisher requires valid credentials for each platform you wish to publish to. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts. Publisher does not create accounts on any third-party platform on your behalf.
You retain full ownership of all content published through Publisher. Publisher does not claim any rights over your content. By using Publisher to distribute content, you represent and warrant that:

Publisher is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Publisher depends on third-party APIs that may experience downtime, rate limiting, or policy changes beyond our control. Publisher is not liable for any failures caused by third-party platform issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Publisher and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Publisher. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of content, account suspension on third-party platforms, or missed publishing schedules.
You may stop using Publisher at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling the application. Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Publisher for any user who violates these Terms.
Publisher may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Publisher after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of Publisher shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
